These programs are geared toward anyone that wants to get fitter and optimize their body weight. Programs are designed for people that have access to a fitness facility with weights and cardio equipment. All programs include free healthy eating guidelines to optimize body weight.

All programs have very detailed descriptions of how to perform exercises and select the proper resistance. All Exercises have before and after photos included.

Programs are divided into beginner, intermediate and advanced.

Beginner programs are for people that are new to working out or regular physical activity. Programs are 2-4 days per week and workout range from 30 minutes to just over an hour.

Intermediate programs are for people that have been working out for a while, or for those who used to work out regularly and are getting back into regular physical activity. Programs are 3-4 days per week and workouts range from 30 minutes to 1.5 hrs.

Advanced programs are for people that have a fair amount of experience working out. Programs are 3-5 days per week and workouts range from 40 minutes to 1.5 hrs.
